ZW20-12/T630-20系列户外高压交流真空断路器（以下简称断路器）用于额定电压3.6kV—12kV交流架空配电系统，主要作为架空线路的出口、分段、联络、大分支、用户处使用。主要用于开断、关合电力系统的负荷电流、过载电流、短路电流，线路运行方式切换等作用。适用于变电站、配电网及工矿企业配电系统中做保护和控制使用，亦适合于农网及频繁操作场所。
断路器采用箱式密封结构，具有良好的密封效果，能够满足IP67标准。断路器外置零序电压、相电压传感器。功率低，准确度高。参数满足T/CES018-2018《配电网10kV及20kV交流传感器技术条件》标准，是一种符合国网最新要求的新一代高精度免维护产品。
优良的电气性能和机械性能，使得本断路器系列产品得到广泛应用，受到用户青睐，是目前国内12kV户外断路器的两种主流产品之一。
