Today, our company released two series of products in Xi'an R&D Center: iCS series measurement and control terminals and CMU series intelligent gateway.
This series of products is a set of intelligent ring network cabinet measurement and control system independently developed by our company after full market research, using modern electronic information technology and combining the Internet of Things thinking mode. The research and development of the terminal is committed to solving a series of complex problems encountered in the operation and maintenance of the current ring network switchgears, such as:
1. Large number of equipment, wide area and difficult operation and maintenance;
2. Long service life and passive emergency repair;
3. The standard DTU needs professional debugging, especially the special background. The system is complex and expensive.
Among them, the iCS series measurement and control terminals can match the attributes of different types of ring network switchgears. The highly integrated control system solves the complex secondary wiring problem of the ring network switchgear, and can realize the fault diagnosis of the primary circuit of the ring network switchgear, facilitating the line fault troubleshooting.
CMU intelligent gateway uses the Internet of Things thinking, embeds multiple protocol conversion and edge computing, integrates multiple communication protocols and edge measurement algorithms in the gateway system, and collects operating data and switch status of the ring network switchgear through communication with iCS series measurement and control terminals, thus realizing real-time monitoring of the ring network switchgear. GPS module is embedded in CMU intelligent gateway, which can realize equipment positioning. In case of line fault, operation and maintenance personnel can quickly locate the fault position.
The development of the above two products has laid a solid foundation for the realization of the smart ring network switchgear system. At the same time, our company has taken another solid step on the road of realizing intelligent distribution by using the Internet of Things thinking.
